      Purchase a new set of Clarity Cordless Phones Model D704 (base) plus 3 additional handsets (****** from ******* on July 9, 2023. The phones come with a full 1 year warranty. I contacted customer service and they were gracious to troubleshoot my problem as one phone was beeping. They indicated possible battery problem or phone was out of range. I changed batteries and moved the cordless phone closer to the base, same problem. At a minimum, since the phones are covered by a full one year warranty, the company should send me replacement phones or at least one phone (the one that is beeping) to see if the problem is corrected. The company did not even want to send me replacement batteries to test the problem.

      I did provide proof of purchase but I am unable to attach below given file size constraints which I am unable to reduce. However, I did manage to attach my correspondence e-mails with the company as well as their warranty policy. I did e-mail the proof of purchase to the company.

      We do offer a one year warranty but do not do advance replacements.  The customer will have to send us his defective phone after he deregisters it from his main phone.  We will need a copy of the receipt in the box with the complete phone along with his name, return address and phone number to send the replacement back to.  We can not send replacement batteries/parts do to the fact that our products are made out of the country and we do not have replacement parts here to send out.  Clarity is willing to always stand behind their warranty policy which states the end user must send their defective product to us at their cost.  When we replace it, Clarity will pay the cost of sending it back out at no charge to the end user.

      I am rejecting this response because the statements being made by the Company are FALSE. I already previously attached the Company's warranty policy.  I will re-attached below and here is an excerpt:

      Limited Warranty
      Clarity Products LLC ("Clarity") warrants to the original consumer purchaser that, except for limitations and exclusions set forth below, this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). The obligation of Clarity under this warranty shall be at Clarity's option, without charge, of any part or unit that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

      It is appalling that the Company's representative who responded is unfamiliar with their own warranty policy.  What does that say for competence?

      I would appreciate the name and mailing address of the President/CEO of the Company as well as e-mail so I can communicate this complaint to him/her directly.
