    I called Quality Tire on Wednesday and ask for a quote for repairs on my daughters vehicle and ask if I brought the vehicle in on Thursday could they make the repair. They said they should be able to perform the repair on Thursday if we brought the car in early. I ask what time they opened and he said 7:30am. I told him we would be there at 7:30am. We arrived at 7:25am on Thursday and dropped her car off. I called Thursday evening at 4:30pm and they said they would not be able to get to it until Friday. I said that will be fine. I called them again on Friday at 4pm and was told they were not able to get to it on Friday and it would be Monday. It was a minor repair and they expected us to leave the car with them for at least 5 days. I told them I would have to come and get it because my daughter cannot go 5 days without her car. No apology or anything when I picked the car up. We wasted our time and money for gas to drive to this business for nothing.

    Mr C**, I was just recently made aware of your review. First, I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced with your daughter's vehicle. We are known for our customer service as we have been a part of the community since 1957. We are on a first come, first serve basis and sometimes more vehicles show up in a certain time frame. A couple of cars brought in before yours had extended repair work which we were not aware of until the diagnosis is complete. Our mechanics who do all repair work are off Sat-Sun. The next availability would have been Monday. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience and if youi would like to give us another look, I'm sure we can take care of you. Once again, I apolgize for your experience.
