      I do not recommend this title company. They lack basic communication skills, they have zero customer service skills and they do not take ownership of mistakes. This title company is basically the Epstein Law Firm that does title work. They never return calls or emails. You will only ever talk to the receptionist.

      This person was not a customer of either Milligan Reynolds or Epstein Law Firm. We helped her with an old title matter at no cost. Ms. ***** apologized to my staff for for being impolite.

      This is inaccurate information that the company provided you and I would like to publicly respond. The "old title matter" was something they were legally responsible for fixing and they were going to charge me for it until I complained about that. I went in to the office, signed what I thought were the appropriate documents and when I had an attorney look them over the work they did was not accurate. They were going to attach my storage unit to the wrong condo and that would have screwed me over even more so I cancelled the transaction and told them to shred the documents. Then I went and paid to have it done correctly. As far as my apology to the staff, it was only to the receptionist because of how I was treated by the agents and lawyer at this place I vented to the receptionist who they use to screen their calls. I told her I was sorry for taking my frustrations out on her and I am sorry that her boss puts her in the position that she does. She is not responsible for doing the actual work and I felt like taking it out on her was wrong. The other people in the office do not deserve an apology. They are unprofessional and disrespectful! The actual people that are supposed to do the work there are awful. People need to know this.
