    Bridge City Title was very professional and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to closing and very patient to explain all the closing documents to our first time home buyers. Very smooth and pleasant closing!

    I've been a Chattanooga area REALTOR for over 24 years. The closing of a home is the final step in the transaction and I am always grateful for the consistent communication and follow up of the staff at Bridge City Title. I can always trust BCT to keep my local and remote client closings smooth and as trouble free as possible. I highly recommend them.

    Bridge City Title has been nothing short of amazing. Their team is not only professional but genuinely cares about making the closing process as smooth as possible. They handle every detail with such precision and keep me in the loop at all times, which is so important. I always come back with great feedback, and I feel confident knowing I'm in good hands. I can't recommend Bridge City Title enough for anyone needing reliable and exceptional title services!

    Bridge City Title needs to improve their customer service. They do not identify their wire limitations for seller’s settlement proceeds up front. Their wiring policy and limitations should be in writing and on their website. Somewhere where the seller can see it and determine if this title company will meet their needs. Need transparency.
    In my case, I expected my proceeds would be wired to two accounts, both in my Trust. After the paperwork was done, the closing agent told me in front of everyone that they to not wire proceeds to a Trust. I have done business with another title company a few years ago and this was not an issue, so I was surprised. Plus I was shocked that this would be announced before both buyers and the sales agents. She wanted to cut me check for the amount, which would have been over $550,000.00. I asked her to just wire the proceeds to both accounts without the trust verbiage. She was reluctant to do so. I then wanted to contact my Merrill Lynch advisor to see if this would be acceptable. I asked for some privacy. At that point everyone left the room. I think we were all embarrassed. Merrill Lynch said wiring without the Trust verbiage would be fine, and told that to the closing agent. I couldn’t reach the bank (local bank) to get their OK on this, but I told the closing agent to please wire the settlement money as I requested. She was reluctant, and told me there would be a fee if the bank didn’t accept the transfer and again said she would cut me a check. Eventually she left to process the wire transfer. I stayed in the office thinking she would come back and tell me the money was wired and we would probably see results later that day. This is my 6th closing on a real estate property, and the closing agent always came back to confirm wire was sent. After waiting in that office by myself for 20 minutes, she did not return, so I went looking for her. She was right in the office next door. How’s that for customer service?
