    My daughter and I were in an accident and totaled the car. Someone called us a tow truck. This company told us (after they towed the car and had it in their lot) that the fees are regulated by Chattanooga. I called the Chattanooga police and they said that is not true. I also confirmed this with the scrap yard that bought our car. They charged us by day and tried to not let us get our car. We also arranged for them to drop it off at this scrap yard while we were helping hurricane victims and had given them notice and they charged us for the tow and then said once they got it there they said the scrap yard wouldn't let them drop it off which I also found out was a lie. They lied over and over to scam us out of more money. They're awful people. Be careful.
