    This company is a joke. Apparently they are working with another company that offers water products and systems at the same time. After we signed the contract with them (FEB/26TH) and for over 7 months, we did not receive the product and cookware that ******* AND ***** OFFERED. So if you are looking for something healthy for your life and pocket, they are definitely the wrong company to go for. ******* as a salesman never mentioned that it is a financial program and the APR is around 12%, and they take $1 a day apart from the interest. That is insane, and I don't know why those kinds of people and companies offer these kinds of services. When you see **** * ******, ********* and ******* products, BE AWARE and check it out because in East Tennessee THE VICTORY HOME CORP is the reseller. After I left a review in ****** ******* call me super angry to said in 4 weeks we will be get the product and over 3 months nothing happened.

    Victory home Corp came to our home to do a water softener test. They were very pushy and said that if we bought a water softener system from them, it would come with over 1000$ of cleaners and other products. They also said since the water softener was where it was at they would put a box around it. It has now been almost a year. We have called over 100 times, we have sent numerous emails. We have filed complaints with the finance company. We haven't gotten any response from Victory Home Corp. Not a letter or a call. It was very much a bait and switch as since we bought from them they have ignored any communication that has come from us. I know I am not the only ones. Look at the reviews for them and this happens for everyone. They lie about getting stuff and then refuse to answer for it. Their website says they are open but they will never answer the phone. Terrible terrible company, I would never recommend them to anyone and I will never be using them again. This iss the most unprofessional buisness I have ever worked with.

    This is the problem is they don't talk to anyone. You can't get ahold of anyone. Where is my free products? I don't know because they don't ever respond.

    We just bought our home in July 2023 and victory home came out and sold us a water treatment system was supposed to have life time soap detergent shampoo etc pots and pans etc. A few days later we called *** to come get the system we were not happy with it. We have called and called and called no response they came tested the system to find out we still have hard water and they won’t take the system. The finance company has tried to have a meeting and they will not call them back either. They have yet to give us any of our free soaps and all the other things but at this point we want them to come get it and we are ab to get an attorney. The two gentleman who sold us this system no longer work for the company so conveniently. The owner will not call us or return any phone calls.

    I purchased a water treatment system from this company. They promised to include free soap and free laundry detergent, free body wash, etc. however, I’ve been battling with them for the last 4 to 6 months to get this stuff and I have not received it. They will not return a phone call. Their message that they are closed when it is only 4 PM. However, they are open until 5 PM. And this occurs every time I call. We spent $8000 on the system. We paid it off to the credit company that we financed it through, they just sent us to collections for a cent that was owed supposedly on this account. This has been a disaster, and I will never purchase another system from these people again.

    I spoke with Mr. ****** on September 28th, of which I addressed his concerns and in regards to the soaps we spoke about and I have received a confirmation email from the 3rd party soap company that their order has been processed. Our VOIP phone record reflects one call on a Sunday night which is listed as non business hours. The Victory Home's ultimate goal is to resolve this manner and per our September 28th call with Mr. ****** we have.
