    What a wonderful experience. Tommy came out to fix my washer, and even though he had a hard time getting it apart due to the bolt being stuck, he kept on trying until he got it and fixed my washer good as new! He was prompt, called me on his way to the house, was very polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend Raymond Repair. I had no problems with them what so ever.

    A technician named Tommy came to my home to repair my Maytag washer. He did a great job, and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am satisfied with the service he provided.

    We bought a GE Range from Lowe’s the last of November 2022. It tore up in August and was still under warranty. Raymond Repair came in September and said it was the control panel. They have scheduled 4 dates to come and repair one of which was Tuesday of this week. They still haven’t shown back up to fix the range. We hated to have someone else look at it as it would cancel the warranty so we have a new stove that does not work and unreliable people that do not do their job. Raymond Repair is there a less than zero. 000000

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE took a day off work to accommodate him for a warranty repair waited 2+ weeks they confirm appointment day before then showed up three hours before schedule time. i was not there getting medicine at pharmacy they did not call to say we are coming early did not call to say we're here early and then did not return any message i left. WORTHLESS WASTE OF TIME

    Absolutely the worst customer service. I waited a week and a half for an appointment through my Whirlpool warranty. I called several times before the appointment to confirm they were coming as I had to request a vacation day to be available. They did not return my calls. The day of the service appointment they called to reschedule after I had taken the day off to be available for their service window of 9 am to 5 pm. I explained that that was completely unacceptable and expected them to show up for the scheduled appointment. The lady that I spoke to said they would be here for the service. They never showed up, nor did they call me. I called Whirlpool warranty to report this information. Raymond Repair put a note in with Whirlpool stating that they were unable to reach me. That was a complete lie. I was at home with the my cell phone on me the entire time. If I could leave no stars I would. Do not use this company.
