    This place is an absolute scam. Nowhere on the lease did it say you have to PURCHASE a parking sticker. As a matter of fact you register your vehicle when you start your lease agreement.
    Here's what happens. They tow your car, then charge you $300 dollars to get it back. The lease says if any reason they feel the need to tow your car, they will give you a written notice and ten days to satisfy their claim. This is absolutely false. You will wake up in the morning to leave for work and your car will be gone, you will miss work because now you're about to go and spend $300 dollars to retrieve your car. Solis property manager John C***** then proceeded to threaten my spouse with a trespass charge because he could not come up with an appropriate answer for why this happened.
    Just so everyone knows nearly half the residents here has dealt with this once. Apparently Solis is lacking on informing what they're requirements are and you just have to deal with it. It would not surprise me at all if someone is getting a kick back in these cars being towed.

    Do not live here. The apartment is not well upkept. They will allow substandard move ins. Appliances do not work properly and they will state they are not “broken enough” (example having to use a dryer 3 times for clothes to dry). The list of issues is lengthy just don’t move here
