      Had the ******** women's boot purchased for me as a birthday present last year. Wore them three times and the heel cap (small branded rubber piece) fell off and couldn't be retrieved so I emailed the company on how best to locate a replacement part. They informed me they do not have pieces, and gave me an external seemingly unrelated website for boot hardware - which wasn't what was lost. I followed up with the company twice, and received no response. Took the boot to a cobbler and he had to remove the other boot's cap and replace the pair so they would match. Wore my repaired boots for one month, and the foot bed began to peel away and fall apart, so returned them to the cobbler for the 2nd repair in less than 6 months. He had never seen any like it, and when I forward him the emails I received back from the company, he has opted not to carry anymore Dan Post boots.

      I wanted to share my recent experience with Dan Post boots as a customer review. Over the past three months, I've purchased three pairs of Dan Post boots, and regrettably, two out of the three pairs turned out to be defective. What surprised me even more was the information I received from customer service. They mentioned that wearing these boots every day could cause the leather and glue to break down, leading to potential damage. Considering the $500 price tag, this raised some concerns. I believe high-quality boots should be able to withstand regular use. What's even more disappointing is that I can't even get replacements because the specific boots I purchased are no longer in production. As a customer, this leaves me in a frustrating predicament. I expected these boots to be durable and reliable, but my experience has been far from that. I hope my feedback can help address any potential quality issues and serve as a reminder to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these boots, especially given their unavailability for replacement. In summary, my experience with Dan Post boots has been disappointing, with durability issues and the added frustration of discontinued models. For the price point, I expected a better product.

      To say I'm very upset with my boots that I was extremely excited for is an understatement. Paid $306.15 August 2022, for the Dan Post Women's Loverfly Tall Western Boots - Snip Toe. I only wear these for special occasions. Fast forward a year both heels are ripping off and the sem on the back of the right boot has completely came undone. I completely love these boots but so disappointed in the quality and how terrible they are made.

      My son purchased a new pair of Dan Post boots in April 2023 (3 months ago) for a 2 month trip to visit family in England. He had to have the heel replaced in England due to excessive wear and one of the heels coming off the, then, 1 moth old boot. At that time it was also recommended by the boot repair place that he also replace the soles as they were worn down to the metal holding them on. These are not workboots, he wore them daily for 2 months. (His previous pair of ****** were purchased 4 years ago and are still serviceable). We contacted Dan Post customer service with pictures of the deterioration and were told that they couldn’t do anything to help us replace them because the heel had been replaced (which was done out of necessity while traveling in a foreign country when the heel came off). There is no written policy anywhere on the website to support this. They offered a 15% discount on a new purchase… This is disgraceful for a $200+pair of boots!! This is the first pair of Dan Posts that anyone in our family has purchased, our experience with ****** and ******* has been vastly different. If this is an example of how Dan Post stands behind the quality of their products (or in this case, doesn’t stand behind the quality of their product), it speaks volumes for the quality of boot that they are producing.

      I purchased a pair of ****** size 8.5 boots on 7/25/2022. On 12/5/2022 I sent an email to customer service with photos and receipt. I have yet to hear back from this company. I wear these boots roughly twice a week, as my part time job at ******** ******* **** requires boots (brands we sell). In the short time I have owed these boots the heels have started detaching from the sole. It seems cheap glue has caused this. I have owned many other boot brands and never had a problem with my boots falling apart with years of wear and abuse on them. I am extremely disappointed that a pair of boots that still look brand new are falling apart so rapidly. I would have a hard time recommending this brand to my customers. I would like Dan Post to make this right. ..thank you

      I purchased a pair of Dan Post Boots in July. They were my first pair of Cowboy Certified Boots. The first time I put them on the soles completely shattered. I have pictures I am more than willing to share. I would like to have true boots repaired with new soles or replaced. I called Dan Post and they said they couldn't find the style number of the boot and that I needed to go back to whomever I bought them from. This is manufacturing/quality issue. It appears to me that Dan Post would rather let their distributors handle their quality issues rather than stand behind their product.

      Bought a pair of boots on March 19, spent $180.00 and in May the inside liner came out and foot got trapped in the boot when trying to take them off. Tried to contact the place we bought them but they won't do anything. Sent an email to the DanPost Company 3 separate times and never heard anything back from them. Won't buy this brand again.
