I bought a 2013 **** Fusion Hybrid less than three months ago and the hybrid battery is now dead. My complaint is that the car had the symptoms of the battery failing, which I did not recognize when I bought the car because I had never had a hybrid car before, but after the battery failure and looking at the signs of it failing, the signs were there from the day I bought the car. I was assured the car was an excellent car due it only having 18k miles, which it is not, and I paid about $4k higher than the best Kelly Blue Book value for the car. Buyer beware with this company and do a thorough inspection of any vehicle you are wanting to purchase before hand.

Gary Mathew’s dealership is dangerous. He sold me a van and told me after I was in signing he did not have title It was in manufacturer warranty period. I wrote amount and vin on check. Gary Mathews or impostor said he would stamp who check was payable to. I left with van. I immediately noticed a rear door was loose and drivers indicated to me door was loose on hinge Also I noticed the electronic locks did not work and fuse panel cover was not on fuses. Because I did not have title and Gary Mathews did not have title I could not get any warranty work done. . I returned the vehicle to Gary Mathews lot with keys and left vehicle and cancelled check. Then I rented a car and someone scratched it up at another car lot and I was charged extra day rental when I asked rental company to pick up after one day. They got rental car several days later. I went to dmv in Alabama to get tag and someone was trying to obtain title to another vehicle I purchased at another lot in tennessee. Gary Mathews motors seems to be a mafia outfit. They got my old vehicle as payment and I left it with them to cover the small milage on the van I drove and realized it had no warranty and was not safe.
I want Gary Mathews and his mafia connections to leave me alone. I am older and elderly. They obviously prey on the elderly. They should not sell autos if they do not have the title at the lot at Gary Mathews’s motors in Clarksville Alabama.
