    The tech William H*** is very nice and professional. I requested him back the second time I called for a tech. He’s very honest, polite and easy to talk with, He answer all my questions that I asked. He is my go to guy for Mr. Spark.

    The technician that came, Connor W***, was fantastic. He showed up sooner than his estimated time, which was great! As he went through the process, he explained everything. He was very nice, and very helpful. Half of our house had no power, I was so worried about what we were going to do and how much it was going to cost. Connor took care of the problem faster and less expensive than I thought it would be, and I even learned a few things. I will definitely be calling him again, but hopefully I won’t need to.

    So far I’m very happy with his appearance, diagnosed the problem, is ordering parts & plans to return to do the repairs on my ******* generator. The diagnosis appointment fee of $69 will be deducted from the repair costs.
