    on Jan 2024 i paid EFT 7000 to convert a trailer he already had to a paint party trailer. His communication is terrible in addition to being rude he did not do numerous things that was on the contact. Door, plugs in proper placement.to name a few. His workers do not know anything and are not knowledgeable, and gave me shelves with screws and metal sticking out. When i picked up the trailer on march 13 2024 there was holes all through the ceiling the walls was unsecure, floor budging out. I tried to compromise on alot but some stuff can not be. Lastly i asked if the trailer was insulted its not cooling off and he said yea it should be. The trailer Has to be insulated and if its not he's not willing to do it or go behind and check. his new statement is it come from the manufacture insulated.

    On June 24 2023 I purchased a food trailer from extreme trailer and agreed price of ****** he received deposit in form of cashiers check in amount of ****** for deposit with balance of 13,800.I stressed that timing was extremely important due to fact we we're residing in hotel soon to be moving to ******* at this time he ininformed me he could complete within 2 weeks.The next day he Emailed invoice with price, and what would be in trailer I went to my bank ******************** and had cashiers check made out to his business in the amount of ****** with remaining balance of 13,800.It has been 4months,and trailer is still not complete, and what we agreed to be in trailer was not what correct, such as the poffentjes maker was a cheap one ordered from *****, the color of walls are black stainless steel which is not what we agreed on, and he put used deep fat fryer,not new,and the timing was 3 months after agreement. This has cost me to pay for hotel room for his failure to meet his agreement.

    On January 23, 2023 I contracted extreme food trailers to create a food trailer for me for months have gone by and he still had not delivered the product and kept giving me the runaround. He offered me on two other occasions to give me my money back, I tried to work with him Still no product I have requested my money and now he is giving me a hassle. It is in the summer of $2000. I have text messages showing that he was willing to give me my money back but keeps putting me off I would like some assistance with the resolution for this , we are military veterans and dont have $2000 to waste for a company that is not complying or delivering a product that we paid for

    The issue with Extreme Food trailers has not been resolved, They are refusing to return my $2000 that I put down towards a food trailer. NO food trailer has been provided and I have pressed charges against Extreme food trailers with *********************************. I was told by the Officer that I spoke with that this is a felony due to the amount of funds. I paid this money on Jan 24th and never received anything but a runaround from them. He is refusing to return my money.

    This complaint has not been resolved and I would like to go further with any possible action against the business. They **** $2000. They have never provided services nor equipment and are refusing to give me my money back. They are in breach of contract.
