    September 12, 2022, scope and price of the pool project established. A signed copy of the contract and certified check for 1/3 of contract $37,753.33 was given to ****, on September 15, 2022. September 29, 2022, mass email stating that project timelines would be affected due to assisting in disaster storm cleanup and rescue from Hurricane *** in **. November 1, 2022, email stating that pool is backordered. March 17, 2023, text message asking for a start date. March 20, 2023, response stating that your company is working two pools, and you would reach out to the manufacturer to see where our pool is. March 21, 2023, text message saying, you were having a back procedure and that the pool we wanted should be in mid-May. April 13, 2023, update requested. April 17, 2023, working a job in Dover and that you were halfway complete, we were up next. April 21, 2023, mass email saying that you were backlogged/******* resign which would cause more delays. April 22, 2023, request for contact. May 1, 2023, request for contact. May 11, 2023, no contact/refund request. May 15, 2023, acknowledgement of cancellation. May 30, 2023, request for contact. May 31, 2023, you emailed me stating that you submitted a request for refund from the manufacturer and it had a 10-business day hold; and you could give us half of our deposit. I informed you that we would wait for receipt of the entire payment. June 16, 2023, and June 21, 2023, I emailed you about our refund. June 29, 2023, you emailed me stating that you sent our refund check prior to your vacation and could not check status until you returned. July 5, 2023, notified of check number. July 10, 2023, request for refund. July 11, 2023, a check was put under doormat, I emailed you stating that the check was short $9,438.33 and we wanted a full refund. After speaking with the manager of River Pools, where our pool was supposed to be ordered from, stated that the pool was not ordered.
