I put a ****** review about Queen City & after this was billed false no show charges.I received a termination letter from them 2 days after my appointment, in which it states Im a consistent no show for the dates I wrote my review about on ******. I was there in front of the building & went in & have a dash cam to prove it. I also have my phone bill to show & proof I was on the phone w/them when I had my *************** turned me away while I was in front of their building. I also have a very clear image of me going into the building on the last date when I specifically stated I will be going somewhere else thats more professional. I also requested my medical records to give to another provider because I never planned to return to them after they again asked me if I wanted to reschedule. They charged me $50 a piece for 2 no shows when I have very clear proof I was there. My medical records were printed & handed to me the same time as my supposedly no show. If I didnt show up for my appointment then how was it that I got my medical records the same time as my appointment? Also, w/the first supposed no show how was it that the front desk was on the phone w/me & rescheduled my appointment? I will *** because this is highly illegal w/false billing charges. I will not be paying for any no shows when I called & was on the phone w/someone & also parked in front of the building, nor will I be paying for a no show when I walked in tried to be seen & once again turned away. They are doing this since I gave them a 1 star review the same day as my appointment was supposed to be & told them I was terminating my relationship with them not the other way around. They have over 30 1 star reviews. Even the 4 star reviews complain about the communication. Queen City Womens Health has so many bad reviews w/the rest of the staff youd think theyd make a ************* the ones not communicating w/customers & not doing their jobs instead of lying to being false charges.

I spoke with *********************** today and explained our policy.  She signed the forms agreeing to these policies.  She was late and no showed several times previously but was only charged her last two no shows with the fee.  After talking with her today, I removed one of the fees and she agreed that she would be seeing another practice for her care.  I explained that the other charge would not be removed, she was late and arrived with her children.  We do not see patients who present with their small children.  This is a printed policy and is also posted.  After her inappropriate behavior with the staff during her last two encounters we opted to discharge her from our practice.  The $50 balance is due by **************.

I have moved OBGYN offices due to how rude the front desk staff is and how I have never seen my doctor that I asked to see when starting with this clinic. I have sent back my medical release form and they stated that if I wanted to pick up my records from them it would be a fee. These are my medical records and now they are obstructing my ob care at my new OBGYN office because they are wanting to run all of the tests etc over again but insurance wont pay for it because they have already paid for it once. These are my medical records I should be able to obtain them without a fee.

To whom it may concern Queen City Women's Health PC is currently one of two OBGYN offices remaining in *********** **.  Our front desk staff is far from rude* they are extremely helpful and go above the call of duty for our patients within reason. While upholding our policy and procedures. We recognize at times that we may not be able to please everyone but we will always try.  We would love for all of our patients to be able to see the provider of their choice. Due to the nature of our business we honestly have no control over when one may go into labor. We have four doctor * two midwives and two nurse practitioner's they work on and off call rotating shifts *   along with performing surgeries at ******* hospital and surgery centers. Because of this a patient's provider may be out of the office * and they would see the provider in the office. We schedule based on the patient's availability to be seen. So if their doctor is in office on a Tuesday  * but the patient can only come on a Thursday then they would see the provider who is in office on Thursday with an opening.  Our office follows the standards of most facilities when it comes to medical records. If a patient is transferring care from our office to another we  have three options for our patients 1) The patient may request to obtain their records themselves after signing the release form and that is at their expense of $25.00. 2) The patient may request after signing a release that we fax /mail over their records to their new provider and there is no charge. 3) The patient's new facility may request records on behalf of the patient after the patient has signed a release form and we provide it to the facility at no charge.  We would never withhold a patient's records or interfere with them receiving care.
