    If I could rate a company lower, I would. This company is horrible and only cares about money. We have been trying to get a refund for a pledge that was not understood, and after they agree to refund, they stop responding. Never give a donation to your kid’s school through this company! WORST COMPANY EVER!

    They charge a payment processing fee when you go to pay for the charity event. They do not inform you of the additional fee. When I complained to the company, I finally got a response stating that the fee is optional; however, there is no way to opt out of it. Sneaky company. I will no longer participate in my grandkid's school fundraisers like these.

    Not reliable. Care more about their 'cut' from the fundraising than they do the kids. Is a complete and utter joke how they run their operations and forget about collecting on their 'prizes'. My son was kept from receiving nearly all the prizes he earned after collecting over $500 for his school. Plus the percentage they take is WAY above what should be allowed. Re-think using this company for your school/church/organization. Not reputable at all!
