    I have two boxes of parcels shipped from ***** to the ************* that were lost. The parcels have arrived in the ************* and arrived at UPS in ***********, *********, where I live. But they were not delivered to my home on the same day. Then I called customer service for help. Now I have been waiting for a week and still have no news. I hope UPS can handle it as soon as possible and find my package. Thank you!

    I had 2 shipments from a saltwater online store. Both packages were shipped and delivered late by UPS. Both packages were paid for ***************** 1st package arrived 24hrs late, the 2nd package arrived 5 days late. The merchandise which was live saltwater *****s all were dead on arrival. The *****s died due to late delivery. Both packages were proper packaging, packed inside with a Uline full foam insert, bubble wrap, peanuts and each ***** was placed in secure containers. Both the vendor and myself are set up for UPS texts and email alerts. When delays were sent, we both reached out and UPS could not provide answers. When Both packages arrived late, UPS was notified about the dead animals. Claims were submitted with detail info and many, many pictures. Both claims have been denied by UPS saying poor packaging. That is false and I have pictures that show very good packaging, no leaking, no carton damage and no damage to containers inside. This death of animals was solely because UPS delivered late, no other issues. Also, neither carton had any markings on the carton of any delay info recorded from the driver. UPS guarantees service when you pay for ***************** they failed on both shipments. The first tracking number was 1ZF48K190108661178 due on 3/12/24 but delivered on 3/13/24. The 2nd shipment 1ZF48K190136705989 due on 3/20/24 but delivered on 3/25/24. It is unacceptable UPS will not take responsibility of failing to deliver on time, failure to understand live animals died and refusing to refund my money and no apology for this poor service.

    This is the UPS facility that I would like to file my complaint against.  They were totally at fault by delivering **************** which I paid for. They refuse to take responsibility of my dead animals which was caused because of extremely late delivery.
