    My sister bought me a washing machine ( new floor model) first part of June - the washing machine did not work correctly on first wash - tried again still not working correctly - I called immediately & spoke with Kevin the manager & he said they would bring me a new one the following Monday or Tuesday - my sister called because she was the one that paid for it - to verify they would replace it- the owner answered & said no they do not replace them ( remember it’s literally just been purchased ) he said Kevin shouldn’t have said that - they will pay for absolute best appliance to repair - so- took few weeks for them to come out - it needed a control panel - took weeks for it to come in - then 5 minutes to pop it in - they did not even turn it on - now since the repair - it will work and get hung on 7 minutes for 3 hours and I have to physically cut it off - or it will cut on & clank & cut off - it’s worse than ever! I called and said I have to have it fixed - come back if have to and put the old in till they can fix it please - I explained my dog has major surgery and literally can’t get upset - our pup is family and she’s having MAJOR- surgery - I asked please just put old panel in since they can’t come back for a week ( after her surgery - I explained the vet said 2 weeks minimum to keep her calm) so Kevin said nope can’t come before - I said I can’t chance her upset for 2 weeks at least - he said he was going to report that I was refusing service to fix it! I have rescheduled my dr appointments to be here for every service - I was NOT refusing - I have medical issues and I rescheduled my own to accommodate for them to fix - this time I can’t reschedule - I would never recommend them to anyone - I called as soon as I used washer and didn’t work and this is now months out and still have no washer working correctly!! Very hateful and bought new and look it’s September and I still have no washer!!! Run from this place!
