    I went to Clarksville Imaging on Oct 31, ******************** At that time I have met all medical insurance deductibles. When I arrived they said they had looked up my payment and needed ******. I asked if that was **rrect due to meeting deductibles they said yes.. I paid them with my debit card. When I received the insurance settlement in November. My portion of the payment should have only been *****. I called and spoke to someone in the office who said I needed to speak to **llections. I am still not sure why it was a **llection matter. I from them to now have spoken to several different people including a supervisor who never returned the inquiry as promised. I get several different stories about having been already reimbursed to you have no file. All these calls were re**rded and yes I lost my temper because I am getting a royal run around and having no success in getting them to reimburse money that does not belong to them. I have been told it was reimbursed in Feb, then March. Then I get well it in in process que and they need 45 days. It has now been 6 months and I still have not seen the money owed to me $150.00 and change. My insurance ** even called and they were told they need 45 days over three months ago. It is now time for a follow up ct however I have asked that my doctor send me somewhere else as I will never go back to this business.
