    My wife and I were customers for years and always brought glasses from them. This year my wife had the eye exam and ordered a new pair. She told the employee she wanted the same thing she had last time, bifocals and only used them to read or do computer work. They order single vision lens. We paid the copay and had them order the glasses. When they came in they were not right and it was because the employee ordered the single vision lens instead of bifocals. They reordered them with the bifocals and charged us again for the new lens, they would not refund us the for the first pair they orders by mistake and stated it was a communication mistake not the employees.

    Charged a $100 no show fee when there were severe tornadoes, and thunderstorms were happening and golf ball sized hail coming down. I’m not worried about a doctors appointment during a tornado I am worried about my safety. Kate at the Clarksville location was very inconsiderate and stated she was the manager when I doubt she was. Did not provide me with any solutions. This business has no headquarters so there is no one else I can speak to. I do not recommend this money hungry shameful business.

    I thought this would be a great place because they were able to get me in within a timely manner. Was I wrong. I originally went in for an exam and a new pair of glasses. While looking at frames, I was talked into purchasing a more expensive pair with a promise of a 20% discount. Sounds great. I bought into it and purchased a more expensive pair. Within a month that pair had literally started to fall apart so I took them back and asked for them to be replaced. I was told I would need to use my warranty to purchase another pair and they would not exchange the set for me. I thought this was ridiculous since it had only been a month, and their product was clearly not up to par. But I ordered the new pair anyways and soon after me and my family were pretty ill for a couple of months. I called them and explain this to them, and gave them that as the reasoning as to why I could not pick up my new pair right off the bat. I guess that was not enough for them as their customers health does not matter to them so they sent my glasses to some warehouse. I was been sent to collections for a pair of glasses I never received. My husband and myself called multiple times, trying to place the glasses and were told they did not have them, they were in a warehouse, they were trying to find them, and every other excuse in the book. Finally months later, they were able to locate them as they had magically gotten sent back from the warehouse And I was forwarded to billing to be removed from collections. The billing guy was very very rude and told me it was my fault for not picking them up in the first place even though I told them we were ill and we would pick them up as soon as we could. Worst experience at an eye care facility I have ever had, and I will never be back.
