    Would not trust this company with my home or any facility that they, “ manage”, properties. The house my family rented from them was very poorly maintained and looked after. The house was filthy when we moved in. The carpets in the house were so dirty that my children were constantly getting sick. When we figured out what was happening and washed the carpets ourselves. The water in the tank was black. Even after washing the carpet 10 times. When we would call with concerns or maintenance request. We were talked down to as if we are as dumb as a box of rocks. They would send a, “maintenance” person. But it would be some Joe six pack and they would beak more than they fixed. We ended up just paying for the house to be fixed out of our pocket. Now after we spent a week scrubbing the house from top to bottom multiple times. They are telling us that we will not be getting any of our security deposit back. Two years of rent with this company would be more than enough for a down payment on a brand new house. They are highway robbers. If I knew what I know now about this company. I would have never used them for a rental property. This is a terrible property management.
