    This client had to file an extension due  to not providing my company with all the appropriate tax documents in time for the April 15th deadline. He then started calling my office threatening me wanting his taxes completed in front of other clients. He has been a past client and there were no issues with him; however, he became irate and disrespectful. He disputed both invoices, (they are attached) even though I have a no refund policy on tax services once I have started your return, I have provided enough info to you to show that I was in the process of preparing his return. All his accusations against my company false.

    I have attached emails showing the vendor is actually the one who started threatening me when I complained about their lack of communication. Never once did I threaten them. They have never provided any proof that they filed an extension, despite charging me for one. Even if they filed an extension(which they didn't), they still would have to tell me what I owed to the *** by the filing deadline, so I could pay what I owed. They never did this.   This vendor charged me for tax services, and did not deliver them. When I complained and left public reviews to warn other customers, she went crazy and started threatening me. Not how a business owner should act.

    Please be advised, this client disputed both invoices which are still in review with his bank. ****** took the money out of my business account the same day he disputed the invoices, therefore, I do not have any of his money, his /credit card company gave him a credit adjustment until they had finished their investigation. (see attached status of disputes as of 6.28.24). I have never threatened" this client, I told him to take down the false reviews. I am trying to protect my company from him because he knows the reviews were false. I've had to ban him from my ******** Business Page because he was sending me threatening messages and commenting on posts with false information trying to ruin my good business name.  He has been advised to stop contacting me via email, phone and any of my social media or websites. He did take down the false review on my ****** Page and I since received notice that he took down the false review on my Yelp Business Page after I reported it. (Please see the attached email from Yelp for reference)

    The only reason the reviews were removed from the websites she has mentioned is that she started acting insane and threatened to ruin my busines and "tear theam apart limb from limb."  This is shown in the email correspondence that I have attached. She has provided none of the basic tax services promised. She has not provided me with proof of the tax filing extension actually being filed. She never provided me the amount I owed to the *** to remain in compliance with tax law. She promised tax services and never provided them. She claims I threatened her and has provided ZERO proof of anything, while I have provided ample proof of her threats through emails, including and email where she sent a screenshot of her filing a false claim on airbnb to try to get me banned from hosting on the platform. Are these these the actions of a reputable business owner?. She is trying to claim the payments have been returned to me, when she know she blocked the refund with her payment company to try to keep me from getting the refund for services never being rendered. She has provided no proof for any of her claims

    This going back and forth is really getting exhausting for me. The client continues to harrass me and my business. On July 2nd the client submitted another dispute, which is part of the original invoices disputed. So I responded to the dispute as it was frauduate.( I have attached all three of the disputes,including the $39.50 fraudate one that was included in the original invoices the client had previously disputed.) There will be no refund, unless his bank resolves it in his favor, due to the fact I have a no refund policy on my tax services and his tax return was already being prepared, as I have already attached the snippet of his return in progress in the previous communication.
