    I had called them on a Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for a quote to put a part on. I had my own part. They said $340. I thought that was kind of steep. I thought about it for a day or so. I went with them because I thought I could trust them. So I made an appointment for this past Monday. So they start working on it, they break a sensor. They claim that it cost over $300. Now they expect for me to pay for it. Now my bill is over $700 plus dollars. Now I am really upset. If they break something. Why do I have to pay for it?

    Yes we spoke. The owner called me twice. He said the part that they broke was melted. But when the other guy called he didn’t say anything about it being melted. He said they broke it. Then the price change from $340 to $380 plus the cost of the part they broke. That was over $300. Now my bill is over $700. The owner called and said that it wasn’t $340 but $440 in the begging. Now where does all these different prices come from? I get there he tried to show me an invoice on the computer of $440 and supposedly the part that was melted. I just wanted my car and get out of there because I was tired of the lies. We settled on $340.
