  This was the worse experience I have ever had with a company. They gave a bid of 750 to trim our tree. When they came and started it was told that there was another tree and that they would not cut it down because supposedly it was not a bradford tree. Even talking with the so call manager, he didn't believe that his person would bid that but it was if I was lying and instead of cutting it with the quote, it was not and now it has to a point were we had to call the police.. They started cutting the tree but they want take it off. This is a very bad and make sure you get your bid in writing.

  In 4 years of doing work for customers we’ve never had a situation happen like this. My area manager goes to bid jobs once there he puts me on FaceTime and I tell him what to bid the job for. The bid was for 1 Bradford pear in terrible shape and covered with vines. We also have texts from the customer and ***** my area manager mentioned several times even by her that it was 1 Bradford pear. She even asked us to send her a picture of what a Bradford pear correctly pruned looked like. We sent her several pics of Bradford pears we had pruned. After we’d completely pruned the tree and loaded all the wood she said what about these other two trees. We gave her a bid and she got hostile and told us that the bid was for everything. I explained that was not the case and showed her the text communications and pics sent. She said nope that we lied and she wasn’t going to pay us and write bad reviews about our company everywhere. She then got back on the phone with me then her husband grabbed the phone and starting cussing at me and being incredibly disrespectful. Then threw my area managers phone and said get the F off his property. So we did just that and since they refused to pay and do what they agreed we dumped the the trailer of wood on their property, I pray this is the last time I will have to deal with a situation like this. It was clearly theft of services. As a company we wish them well.

  An A++ Business. The crew is very efficient and meticulous in doing the job. They trimmed the trees and cleaned up so well that other than seeing the GREAT RESULTS! you would not have known they had been there. The owner is very professional and it's been great doing business with him...RAKKASANS!

  Called these guys to cut down a dead, 90ft oak tree that was 10 feet feom my house, and touching a power line.
  They not only managed to get the tree down in 1 day, but they did it without damages to the house, or power line. Highly recommend.

  My Experience with Troy and his workers… they are kind and respectful of others property. Pleasant team to have doing your tree work. They clean up all the mess thats made cutting trees. They work hard and steady till the job is done. Very professional and would definitely call for future tree removal. Awesome guys. Again, thank you Bloomscape

  This company came and gave me a quote to remove three trees. The owner, Troy, was on time, kept in contact and gave me a quote that I accepted on the spot. When the company arrived to do the job, they immediately went to work and the complete job took them less than three hours. All of the employees were very respectfull of me and my property and insisted in cleaning up the area even after I told them I could clean up. It had started raining and I expected the company to give their apologies and come back another day. That was not part of their plan. This company is more than competitive in their pricing, they keep their word and do a tremendous job. I would highly recommend this company again.

  I would give 6 stars if possible. Troy was very easy to work with. Was on time to start the job. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. He cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use Troy and Bloomscape again for any landscape needs.

  We used Bloomscapes to redo our entire landscaping in the front of our house. Tony was amazing in every aspect. He sent videos thru the entire project. He texted and let me know progress. He even did some extra stuff to ensure everything looked fabulous. From project start to project end, I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Tony, Bloomscapes and the work that was done.
