They installed my hvac system , converted a split system to a package unit which required flexible duct under the house, they had to find the ductwork built into the manufactured home to tie into which required cutting holes in the existing insulation and plastic underpinning of the house , in their search they put several
holes in the underpinning and insulation that they ended up not using and just left big holes exposed, also where they came up through the floor into house where ac filters go there are also exposed holes that were not properly sealed, I addressed this situation once several months ago they sent someone out to fix it , I assumed that it was fixed . Something came up to where I had to go under the house recently and Ito my surprise discovered that it's has not been fixed.

On the morning we received this BBB complaint, we called him and arranged to meet at his house to make the repairs this coming Monday morning, the 18th of November.
