    I read the reviews and chose this company to detail my grandmother’s car I received after she passed away on September 28. They received the 2005 Toyota Camry on Monday, October 10. My appointment was for 0900 and I was to retrieve my vehicle at 1500. They kept my vehicle for 14 hours - repeatedly putting my pick up time off several hours and working on other vehicles during my appointment time. I didn’t get my car back until after 2200. I was only called to be told how much longer it would be, no updates as to what could or could not be completed based on the services for which I paid $400. Deep interior clean and paint correction . When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, it looked as though it had barely been touched. The interior was actually in worse condition than when I left it. Smears, splatters on head lining , etc. did not even look like it had been vacuumed . The exterior paint correction that was purchased was not corrected at all and I was given a paint correcting pen. Only after I asked for a refund did they start to try to explain why certain things were not done. Again, not once during the 14 hours did they tell me anything that could not be done. Upon my contact to them the next morning, as well as providing pictures, I requested a refund . The correspondence over the next few days was unprofessional, at best . I finally had a conversation, after being hung up on, ignored, etc. where they verbally stated they refused to refund the money. They offered to “make it right” but after the way I have been treated with poor communication and dishonesty, I didn’t want my vehicle in their care again. I have asked for a refund to which they refuse. I understand that every ding and scratch cannot be perfected … but I should have been notified of what they couldn’t do to fulfill their promises and been given the option to pick up the vehicle or been offered choose a lesser service.

    Comments: The company only offered one solution, and it was not within a request based on the service provided.

    Perfect It Detailing only offered to "make it right" by taking my vehicle again, and based on the service I already experienced, that was not acceptable.
