      On 11/14/2024 initiated and signed agreement with Mr Montgomery to remodel 2 bathrooms. I was told I needed to go to **** ***** ********* in Cleveland to order cabinet, sink, and vanity top of which I did. It was part of agreement so didn't pay **** ***** *********. Was told this was only place to order these items and if ordered any where else they wouldn't install. On 1/13/2025 2 of Mr Montgomery's employees began remodel. All work was completed except granite vanity top for guest bathroom. On 1/16 or 1/17 vanity top was brought in to install but was too long so was taken back to **** ***** to cut to correct size. On 1/20/25 workers returned with vanity top and backsplash to install. After work completed I was told and shown a blemish on the backsplash and it was noted on inspection paperwork with note "mark on hallway backsplash needs to be repaired" and initialed by employee and dated 1/27/25. On 1/29/25 at 8:39am I texted Mr Montgomery and said "***** wanted to followup with you to see what is being done about imperfection on vanity backsplash Thanks *****" and received reply "I followed up with **** ***** *********. They will be reaching out to you". I replied "Please keep me informed Hope it gets settled soon" he replied with a thumbs up emoji. On 1/30/25 I sent text to Mr Montgomery with 3 pictures of a chip in one of the sinks and said "Good morning *****. We found issue with the granite top There is a chip ***** noticed some sticky stuff on the far left side and as she was wiping down the sink noticed this chip. Can't see it in picture but it is there. We paid good money for this and don't want a piece with a chip in it. We would like this taken care of please and thank you'. He replied "I know you paid good money, I will let the granite shop know". On 2/10 sent another email that it has been a couple weeks and nothing and he replied he will check on it. Again on 2/24 notified him and same reply. Asked to keep informed. As of today still nothing.

      We remodeled two of Mr.******** bathrooms. In his master bathroom we knocked down a wall to make his bathroom larger, replaced his shower, flooring, drywall, baseboard and reinstalled his pedestal sink and toilet

      In his hallway bathroom we replaced his bathtub/shower combo, flooring, toilet, and vanity/vanity top.

      We have worked with **** ***** ********* for several years to provide our vanities and vanity tops. This allows our customers to pick a custom granite/quartz/marble vanity top and their choice of a vanity cabinet. In our experience they provide the best products for the best price in our area. 

      After Installing the vanity and vanity top for Mr. ******, our installer made him aware of an imperfection in the back splash 1/27/2025. On 1/28/2025 I contacted **** ***** ********* to make them aware of the issue. On 1/29/2025 at 8:39 Am Mr. ****** text me "***** wanted to follow-up with you to see what is being done about imperfection on vanity backsplash thanks *****" in which I replied at 8:52 AM "I followed up with **** ***** *********, they will be reaching out" in Which Mr. ****** Replied at 8:54 AM "Please keep me informed hope it gets settled soon" in which I replied at 8:57 AM with a thumbs up emoji. Me and Mr. ****** have exchanged 20 text messages in which I have replied quickly to each one.

      I have been in contact with **** ***** ********* numerous times, they've told me they reached out and will take care of the issue.

      In closing I am a man of my word, we are a local company who has built a strong track record of doing things the right way. Every time Mr. ****** has reached out I have responded promptly. Mr. ******s countertop will be fixed or replaced with a brand new one which has been my stance from the beginning.
