      My father passed away April 24,22. His marker has not been placed in the ground as it suppose to be. His marker is sitting on his grave. I have spoken with the cemetery manager Jessica, spoken with their Corporate office, Deborah and have spoken with owner. The owner told me 2 weeks ago Friday, he promised it would placed in the ground by the close of business the following Monday. Was at the cemetery this past Saturday and his marker has not been placed in the ground as promised. I have filled a complaint with the state of Tennessee, spoken with the local District Attorneys Office and have got nothing accomplished. Sunset has received several complaints. All the markers are suppose to be level with ground. I am afraid the marker is going to get damaged.

      My dad passed away July 2021 he is buried at sunset memorial gardens in Cleveland. I bought his head stone for 1600$ in November 2021 and I am still waiting on it! I am furious at this point! I have been in contact with Jessica at the grave yard and Mark as well as Naomi. First it was due to Covid and the head stone company ****** ****** in Cleveland Ohio being closed for a week or two then it was the designs on the head stone are on back order then it was the grave yard doesn’t have granite to lay it with! I am over it! Something has to be done! They got the stone FINALLY on July 30th one year to the day of my dads passing! I have since been told the stone will be laid no later than August 16th and here it is the 30th and it’s still not laid I have called and called I have showed up in person asking what the problem is I am not sure what else to do but I am ****** and want someone to acknowledge this neglect and dissatisfaction of this graveyard! Thank you
