    I ordered an item for a holiday gift and they never sent it. They responded one time that they would credit my account but I never saw the credit. They have been non-responsive ever since. I have made 7 attempts and would just like to be credited for the item i never received.

    6/4/2024 i placed an order with the website crocflame.co and ordered 54.99$ worth of merchandise. The business said they sold lighters so I ordered some. They said they received my order, then confirmed it. 3 months later it never arrived, and they ghosted me regarding any contact. The only way of contacting them is through email and they waited three months so that I cannot refund it on my credit card.

    I ordered a lighter from this company over a year ago and it never arrived. I contacted customer service who swore it had been delivered, but no package ever arrived. They refused to refund my money, saying it was too late for that. They said they'd send the lighter again if I paid new shipping and handling. I told them I wanted what I had paid for and they eventually agreed to ship the lighter again, at no further cost to me. I got the email saying it had been delivered about 2 weeks later but I never received the lighter. At this point I am unwilling to give them any more of my time since I already know they have no intention of refunding my money or sending me what I bought and paid for. They keep sending me emails to review the lighter I ordered but never got. I want them to stop. I have no illusions that they will give me what I paid for, I just want them to leave me alone at this point.

    On 10/21/22, I placed two separate orders with CrocFlame (MoreMart Ecom). One order contained a lighter bundle and an individual lighter, and the other order was for a lighter bundle identical to the one I ordered in my first transaction. I received two confirmation emails with separate order numbers (#***** and #*****). On 10/24/22, I received an email saying order #***** has shipped. When I opened email, it said the order contained two lighter bundles and an individual lighter. I assumed that since I placed the two orders on the same day, they had been combined for shipping. A month later, I had not received my order so I reached out to customer service on 11/17/2022 and received a reply that said the items were on back order. I was offered the opportunity to accept a refund, but I declined as I still wanted the items. The email was unclear, but it appeared as if the items would no longer be on back order beginning 11/22/2022. I asked for clarification but never received a response. A month later I still had not received my items or any update on the situation so I reached out again on 12/19/2022 to which I received a response saying that I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I did not hear back, so I reached out again, received the same auto reply but never heard from an actual person. I inquired multiple times through their submit form on their website citing my cause for concern and asking where my items were, I finally heard back on 1/14/2023 but had no concrete answers. I received order #***** on 2/3/2023 (the order number was in fine print on the shipping label), but it was missing a lighter bundle. I immediately contacted customer support and have since done so a number of times only to be ignored. There is no number to call, so I've emailed. I ended up sending an email from a different address as I suspect my original address is being screened and received an immediate response. But when I supplied my order number, all communication ceased. It's been 5mo.

    On 02/19/2023 I ordered two lighters from the company's direct website. I was given a "thank you for your order" page after I purchased, which I foolishly didn't screenshot, and on 02/21/2023 I have a charge in my bank account from Crocflame (noted on the website to be operated by MoreMart Ecom LLC (CrocFlame)) for $25.98. I never got a confirmation email with an order number or any tracking information. 10 days ago, on 03/20/2023, I put in a contact request that was returned with an email saying my "message couldn't be delivered." I also contacted their social media accounts on TikTok and Instagram and got no response. 8 days ago I used the same contact request form on their website and got a follow up email asking for an Order Number, which I immediately responded to saying that I never received an order number, and asking what other information I could provide so they could find my order. I have emailed them 5 times in the past 8 days and have received no more contact from them. I filled out 2 more contact request forms on their website and have gotten no response or acknowledgment, not a direct response from the company nor an email saying my message didn't get delivered. They have actively stolen money from me with no goods delivered, and no attempt at contact or delivery or refunding. Yet they are still actively posting their sales to all social media.
