    They installed painted gutters on my new house in 2017 with a 10 year warranty. I noticed last year the paint is fading back to the aluminum. I contacted them and they sent a rep out to look at it. Was advised they would have ******* * ******** come out to look at it since they painted them for Drain Right. After approx. 12-15 phone call's to Drain Right manager it was always the same story they will have to contact **. I just want the gutters replaced and feel it is Drain Right's responsibility since they are whom I dealt with and made the check to and then they can work out the details with **.

    Good day.. 

    I am the new General Manager for Drain Right Guttering responding to this filing.

    First, let me apologize that this process has lingered like it has. I can see that this began, at least, in November of 2023 and it is not anyone's desire for this process to take so long. 

    I am new to Drain Right and required some time to become informed on the subject and on May 7th, I was finally able to connect with someone at the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we confirmed with the the manufacturer that the original filing was incomplete on their side, and due to a system upgrade there was no one being prompted that an item was missing. Fortunately, we now know what is missing and upon its submission we will be back in the correct queue for filing. I was informed that upon submission, a decision should be given in 2-4 weeks. 

    I spoke to the customer over the phone to inform hi of the above and to confirm it was okay that myself and one of our estimators from Drain Right can visit him, in person, to gather the necessary missing information at his property. He agreed and we will be meeting in the afternoon on Friday, May 10th. From here, I will complete the claim filing, and continuously follow up with the customer until we receive the decision from the claim. The customer provided me his email, and I will work to keep him updated regularly unless a phone call is best. 

    An important note. This Claim is regarding paint fading, which is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, not a warranty provided by Drain Right Guttering. Drain Right is acting on the customer's behalf because we have the relationship with the manufacturer. The decision is up to the manufacturer and their paint supplier which is why we must follow their process.

    A long time ago I would rate it at 5 stars. Initially it took a month for them to show up no call no show twice . Once the gutters where installed I had a issue with the back side being angled to much there solution was to install a very poorly cut piece of flashing and attach it w a bazillion bolts reached out for them to fix it and I’ve been waiting 10 months, I’ve texted every month , not worth it! Will pay more to a smaller company in the future! They have gotten to big to care abo
