  This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. Do not take your dogs here if you care about them! I dropped my 2 dogs off at 8 am and couldn’t pick them up until 6:30 pm! I understand they are busy for the holidays season (I came on the 21st of Dec) but when I made the appointment on the phone nobody informed me that they do not do time slotted appointments. Everyone just drops their dog off at 8 am and they get to them whenever they get to them. Which unfortunately in my case wasn’t for 10 HOURS! When I called at noon because I hadn’t heard anything and it had already been 4 hours, the lady (who is also the groomer) was so disrespectful and had no sympathy for the fact that my dogs went all day without eating and spent the whole day in a crate. They told us they gave the dogs water and treats but when we finally got home they drank entire bowls of water, which further made us feel like they were not actually attended to in the kennels. She said my dogs (who I have blow dried myself) didn’t like the blow drier so they’d have to air dry in their crates before they could groom them. When we went to pick them up we tried to address our concerns in person but the lady was just yelling at us, talking over us and trying to accuse me of lying about what her employees had told me over the phone when I called to book the appointment initially. I never post reviews unless something is extremely good or extremely bad. So please for the love of your dogs, DO NOT go here. I was deceived by all these good reviews online but it isn’t the truth. The only somewhat decent thing I can say about this place is the grooming job wasn’t bad, but when I dropped off I asked them not the shave my poodle mixes tails at the base and leave the tail and ears fluffy and they didn’t even listen to that. I would have told them at pick up if they weren’t already defensive and rude. We just paid and left because there was no point in trying to talk to her since she didn’t care.

  I took my standard poodle to have groomed. I told them to do the poodle cut but take a little shorter on the top of her head (not as poofy). When I got her back she was completely shaved all over her whole body! Her tail, her ears and her whole body was shaved to the skin! Not only that but they had cut her on the inside of her back left leg and it was so raw and painful because she was limping. The side of her mouth had a sore from being shaved so close to her skin. She was so pitiful! They also did not give her a bath. I called the next day to speak to the manager but that led to another disbelief. She did not want to hear anything I had to say. She kept interrupting me and speaking very loud over me. She was very unprofessional. I just wanted to make her aware of all the things wrong with my baby. She kept trying to argue with me so I hung up. About 30 min later she calls and leaves me a horrible message and then she text me twice and sent me a video of her holding up dog fur and calling me a liar and laughing about my dog. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional business in my life! I want to let others know because I would never want them and their fur baby to experience what we have.
