Chase showed up on time (every time).
He dressed professionally.
He knows what he is doing.
He has integrity. He will tell you exactly what he is going to do and what to expect.
He offers financing through Greensky and application and approval is quick.
He is totally trustworthy.
His work was done in a very timely manner.
