    On March 30, 2024 I ordered new kitchen cabinets and countertops from Value flooring, kitchen, and baths in Cleveland, TN. About 4 to 6 weeks later they came to install and the trouble began. One of my cabinets was supposed to have a glass door and it wasn’t brought when they came, but ****** at value flooring said it would be the next week which was fine. So the day he was auto bring it he called and said he broke it and had to order another one. Another week to week and a half went by and then finally brought it on a Wednesday but drilled the holes to the handle too low so they had to take it back to the shop to bondo and paint it again but it and was told they’d bring it back Friday. I thought of the same week because I asked the man twice. Friday came and no one. I texted ****** the following Tuesday and he said it was Friday of that current week because it was a process to fix. Friday came again and didn’t hear anything, so I texted ****** again around 2:00 and he said he’d have it in about an hour. He came put it up and I trusted him and thought it was right. But after he left, looking at it I find it didn’t look like anything had been done to the door because the handle was still low as it was before. So I talk to ***** at value flooring and tell him I didn’t believe ****** ever fixed the door and was just tired of me asking about it and brought it back and put it up never having done anything to it. I ask for a new door which he said he would get and they would fix it. ***** told me this on June 1, a week and a half went by I finally texted him last Thursday, June 13, and he said they had it and would be out Monday June 17 to put it up. And of course no one comes to fix. I keep asking and I’m can’t get anything done and need help. Just want my door fixed. Feel like I’ve been lied too. And this is just one of many problems I’ve had with this business on this job.

    Most of his statement is true. Except the Part of us not ever repairing the door and trying to bring the same damaged door back out. That never happened. Although, I can see where he would have a lack of trust after all the mishaps with his job. We strive to give every customer a perfect and smooth flowing job. Unfortunately, in this line of work we occasionally have a job that goes crazy on us. I really hate that ***** of all customers job didn't go smoothly. He is an extremely nice gentleman and I HATE that this has probably tarnished our friendship. As far as the cabinet door still not being installed, I was not aware of that. Last conversation ***** and I had we set a day for the installers to install the new door. I gave ***** my personal cell phone number and he never called or txt saying anything was wrong. I assumed everything was taken care of. I will be getting to the bottom of this very soon.
