    Long story short i paid for them to fix my transmission and it fails every other week. Iv had to take it back 4 times have it towed to his shop and listen to the attitude likes its my fault they cant fix it? this last time he said i needed a new computer which i let him change out . Now 2 months later i had it towed back to his shop which re refused to pay for tow bill. he has had it a little over a week now so i called today to learn they haven't even looked at it and to check back next week. I have to have a truck to earn a living every day im down im losing money. i drive my truck just as any body else would. im very easy on it.in fact i baby it. So i just told them to leave the key in it and ill take it to a competent shop im sorry it don't take someone that knows what they are doing 5 times to fix my truck transmissions . If you had made a man come back 4 different times wouldn't you think that vehicle would take priority? So after a little over a week now im told maybe next week? Im sorry ill take it somewhere else They have proven to me over and over they are incapable of fixing my transmission. Leaves me no choice but to request a refund in full plus towing expenses. I would most definitely never ever recommend this shop.

    FIRST TIME HIS TRUCK WAS OUT FOR OVER A YEAR NO PROBLEMS . THEN CAN IN WITH SMOKED CLUTCH PACK SO WE TOOK IT OUT AND WENT THROUGH IT AGAIN. WITHIN 100 MILES IT WOULD TAKE OUT THAT SAME CLUTCH PACK AND SET SOLENOID CODES. GOT A WHOLE DIFFERENT TRANSMISSION BUILT IT AND INSTALLED INTO HIS TRUCK AND SAME THING SMOKED CLUTCH PACK AND SOLENOID CODES. SO ONE MORE TIME USED A DIFFERENT TRANSMISSION CORE AND BUILT THAT AND PUT IT IN WITH BRAND NEW SOLENOIDS AND WIRING HARNESS. SAME AGAIN. THEN I BOUGHT A USED PCM WHICH STANDS FOR POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE AND INSTALLED IT THAT THE TRUCK WAS FIXED . SO THE WHOLE TIME OF HIS PROBLEMS WERE HIS TRUCK NOT MY TRANSMISSION. DIDN'T CHARGE HIM FOR THE COMPUTER OR INSTALL. GONE APPROX. 4 MONTHS THEN IT CAME BACK. WE DROVE IT AND SOUNDED LIKE THE TORQUE CONVERTER CAME APART IN IT. IT DRIVES AND WORKS GET UNTIL THE FILTER PLUGS AND WON'T MOVE. I PLANNED ON PULLING THE UNIT AND GOING THROUGH IT NO CHARGE . THE TORQUE CONVERTER IS A PART I BUY I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.IT ALSO ONLY HAS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON IT BUT I WARRANTY FOR 3 YEARS - 36,000 MILES SO AFTER 1 YEAR I PAY FOR IT OUT OF MY POCKET. I'M SORRY I DIDN'T GET TO IT THAT MINUTE BUT I'VE BEEN THROUGH TWO MECHANICS IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS. GOOD ONE THAT WILL SHOW UP EVERYDAY ARE FAR AND FEW BETWEEN NOW DAYS. THE LAST ONE HAS BEEN HERE 5 DAYS OUT OF HIS FIRST 2 WEEKS AND THE LAST 3 DAYS NO CALL NO SHOW. ALREADY HAVE NEW CONVERTER AND OTHER PARTS HERE BUT CAN ONLY SO MUCH IN A DAY. WAS ALSO PUTTING YOU AHEAD OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT WERE HERE BEFORE YOU.
