      Hired ***** **** and ********* ****** (**** ****) to remove a tree by my home. He said it would take them one day to complete the job. However here I am with it still not complete. It took 10 days to cut the main part of the tree because they would only work a few hours a day. The agreement was he cut the tree stump even with the ground. My stump is over three feet tall. He kept insisting I partially pay as he worked on the job. The last of the payment I gave him because he showed up smelling like marijuana at 9 pm and started sawing the stump. I live in a community where quiet time is 9pm to 8am so the property manager came and told him to stop sawing. He tried to axe it down with no luck. He asked for the last of the payment and I said when the job was done. He said then I need it done tonight and started the saw again. I ended up paying so the police wouldn't show up. He promised to finish that weekend. Here it is 12 days later and he's not been back, nor has he returned messages. He was paid for a job he did not complete. He needs to show some character and honor his word.

      8/27/22-9/9/22, original price $2000 ($1000 up front and the other $1000 whenever in the owners terms.) I hired QuickCut to cut 4 trees down in my yard. The "owners" Floyd M*** and Christina said that they were licensed and insured, but showed no proof of either document. While cutting the tree on 9/7/22 they dropped a massive limb on my house and damaged my gutter. They refuse to have it fixed, and when ask for the insurance they only sent me a pdf of a quote and refused to send me their policy number. We had paid them $1500 out of the $2000 so far. They harassed me for two days for the rest of the payment when they originally said I could pay it whenever, I am a naval veteran who has PTSD and they caused me much emotional distress during those two days. I told them the remaining $500 would be paid when the job is done and explained that since the gutter is damaged that the job isn't done and that it needs to be properly fixed in order to receive payment. I had to pay $3000 to have my gutters fixed, for the one piece they damaged it cost $980 because it is a 6" seamless gutter over 100ft long. They threatened to put a lien on my property and are currently stalking me. I do not think they are licensed nor do I think they are actually insured. I read a review on google about their company and had seen where another individual has had the same experience where QuickCut has damaged the customer's property or their neighbors property and took the money, because he paid up front, and never returned the customer's phone calls or provided insurance information. I am not sure if they are an actual registered business or not, however I would like to make sure they do not have the chance to do this to anyone else. Attached are photos of my gutter before and after the incident, screenshots from the owners, and the insurance quote they sent to me saying they had insurance. I cannot attach the video of my gutters on this platform but I can send it in an email if responded to.
