      Strongly recommend not using this company. Replaced my roof in 2020. In just a matter of days during a thunderstorm, a major leak occurred over my kitchen appliances. After calling Mr. Steve to notify him of this unacceptable occurrence, he became very irate by my phone call since it was during his "Sunday time". Later that afternoon, the roofers arrived during a torrential rain storm to make the repair (incidentally, this is a metal roof) and then the roof over the front porch started leaking. The roofers returned a second time to repair the leaks. Todate, I have attempted to contact this company on multiple occasions without success to have new leaks repaired since I signed a contract with a 5 year warranty. They refuse to return my phone calls and now their voice mailbox is full (did not know this could happen with a company phone number). It appears that legal action will be my next step. Please think twice before hiring them. Will save you heartache, time and money. Photos are being mailed to the Knoxville P.O. Box Office since this is the only address I can locate on the contract and their website is limited only for free quote requests.
