    I have all messages where he said it was his fault and he was sorry for the inconvenience and he continued since May of last year to say he would come and never arrived. I can forward the messages if necessary.     See copied conversations since May 2023…………This is Andrew sumner from bean station concerning thermostat on heating and cooling unit your crew installed last time I spoke with you that you would holler and we could meet up but didn't hear from you where we stand on that and am I going to have this problem if unit gives problem thanks……his response …I'm sorry. I will try and get you a stat tomorrow …..next text. Just wanting to check with you before going a legal way not only have you made any attempt to change thermostat but also register in bedroom is ready to fall out hanging 1/2 to 3/4 from ceiling would  appreciate your help on this or let me know if I need to go another route thank you….his .response..I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is so far out of my area of work we don't get that way often. I will make sure to get a stat to you Monday   ….What about register it is down far enough you can see foil I understand out of your way but we shouldn't do work if not going to do good job this thing is registered in my name and you or somebody is going to fix it don't want to be a butt head but I have been more than patient with you his  Response I have not ignored your calls or text. It is an hr and a half away from me. It is not an emergency.  I came on first call when it was an emergency.        I   Thanks for that your unit and installers put big water spot on ceiling you never mentioned fixing it now register is falling out and thermostat is acting crazy how many times have you promised me on stat I totally understand 1 1/2 away why did you the job if don't want to fix   His response I apologize for the inconvenience. But I didn't think the stat being out of calibration was an major problem. If that is the problem! The vent being down may or may not be my responsibility. But I will take a look and fix if it is.    This is Andrew are getting any closer to you coming my way to fix these problems His response  I will get there by tomorrow  These r our text conversations. I begin talking with him allmost a year ago. He has continued to lie to me and say he would come out as you can see. I do have all our text messages also I have proof of the many times I spoken to him on the phone.

    Unit was installed over a year ago. I offer 1yr. labor. He is asking for work that was not caused by my system.
