    I ordered two items from this company. Motorcycle mini apes handle bars and grips. After a week the orders are still showing as processing. I called for an update and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my payment. It’s been more than a week since then. They have not refunded me or shipped the items. I have sent several messages with no response.

    Customer was refunded as requested, unfortunately, the bars he ordered are custom made bars and can usually take 10-14 days to complete by our vendor (information provided on our website) and once these are completed by our vendor , the package is then shipped directly to the customer ( unless it is an international address) and therefore we must rely on the vendor to provide a tracking number to close out the order ( which leaves the order as processing until tracking is provided to us to complete the order)

    Request for refund has been resubmitted, my apologies.

    The original refund request was inproperly sumbitted thru a manual process which unfortunaly didnt complete the refund.

    Refund has been completed for the amount of 379.95 and was returned to the card used to complete the purchase.

    Good excuse. I did get the refund yesterday by. Because of the problems I had and the fact that they won’t respond to customers messages, I will not be knowingly doing business with this company in the future. I won’t recommend them to anyone.
