I have been working with TFS for two months. I signed a contract on July 7, 2022 to have a porch stalized a leveled with cracks sealed. On about July 10 a team showed up and installed six piers. Upon my inspection I found additional damage to the brick and slab which I question the workers about and they said another team would come to level again I questioned the additiona damage. Second team to preform leveling arrived nest week. they dirlled holes in slab and ststed they could NOT do the work. Stating addion work required. I have been contacting there office and have spoke with several of there personnel withno satisfaction or new estimates, One time the stated it would require $6000 reqork.additional work plus brick and front steps rework (cost unknown). At this time (Sept 6, 2022) I am ready to stop dealing with them. Trying to make a deal for work completed (six pires installed) but no response at this time.

Didn't have the best experience with this company. Make sure if you use this company to get everything in writing and take lots of pictures of the areas they are working in. Driveways, downspouts, bricks, vinyl siding, doors, yard, cars. Most of the crews were very friendly and helpful. Sent a crew out when I wasn't home. The crew called when I wasn't home and told me he was at the house and couldn't make a repair for the issue he came for. I ask the crew member why I wasn't called because I was scheduled for a specific date and he said we have another job that day so we were told to come today. My best advice to consumers if you use this company, take pictures of all work areas and get in writing everything they tell you that will be done during the project and clean up afterwards.The Foundation Specialists

5 starsTFS was excellent to work with in terms of scheduling (on time), when they say they will be there at a certain time they will be there. Eliminate the wandering as to "now where are they, they said.." The technician i.e. installers, great bunch of guys, the project manager onsite keep things moving. He was very informative on everything that was done and certainly let me know if there was an issue and may cause a change. The crew was excellent. Very hard works, they didn't give up, they stayed with the task until it was done.
TFS was able to accomplish what other foundation specialist were not able to do. Had one contractor come out and start the job, but back out due to they didn't have the equipment to complete the job after they had already dug a few holes. TFS was able to over come the obstacles and the final out come was they did stabilize my home which over 50+ years old.
I would highly recommend this company.. and oh yea the price was very reasonable, they were certainly lower in price than others I had inquired about.Review fromKathey T

5 starsAustin and his crew were awesome! Friendly and hard working. If there were more people like this in the present work force, there would not be the shortage of help in a variety of businesses. These guys were as friendly and upbeat at 4:30, hot, tired and dirty as they were at 9 in the morning. We have a special needs son that they were so sweet to. They remembered his name and made time to chat with him about his activities. The quality of work was stellar and the demeanor of the Austin and crew were as well. 5 starsTFS stands behind their guarantees. Due to ground shrinkage caused by long stretches of draught with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees the slab we had lifted dropped. TFS returned collaborated with owners and retreated slab. Advised owner to route down spout out further from house. Good work good advise. Job well done.
