    My grandmother has been living there for only a month and has already had multiple bad experiences. The worst being she fell and hit her head, pushed her call button, and it was OVER AN HOUR before someone came to help. She was on the floor bleeding from her head (got 7 staples), and fractured her pelvis and femur. They claim that sometimes its normal for a call to take that long to be answered - yet previously when a call took 30+ minutes, they said that shouldnt have happened & apologized. Before that, she had waited 30+ minutes for calls to be answered - once because a nurse was celebrating her birthday in the break room instead of checking on a call button. We witnessed this nurse twerking in the break room that same day - enjoy yourself AFTER your patients are taken care of ***** she had been needing meals served in her room for a bit, and what she had ordered on their request form ran out and she didnt get it. Theyve had excuse after excuse for everything, and keep apologizing and saying theyll get better - they dont. Were moving our grandmother out of there, and I would highly suggest none of your loved ones live there.
