    C&M sold to me and installed a product it said was Thassos Quartzite. It was much more expensive than the quartz countertops I bought for my bathrooms (supposedly because it was the actual quartz stone and not a composite of quartz dust and resins). After a couple of months, I realized that the performance of the countertop material was not up to the level I was told it would be (ie,it began showing etch marks and chipping. Upon further research, I have found that the material sold to me is actually a marble by the name of *******************. It is NEITHER Thassos (which I learned is a white marble harvested from an Island near ******) NOR a Quartzite (which is the actual quartz stone taken from a mountain). I have tried to resolve the issue with the sales staff and owner through several calls and texts to no avail. I have no faith that they will ever andmit that they misled me nor that they will ever do the right thing for their customer. I have written proof of what they said the material was, and I have witnesses to testify about what was said about how the material would perform. I also have several witnesses who can testify about the material in question who have assured me that the material is marble and not Quartzite.

    We installed this customers stone in August 2022.  The color that they chose was called Thassos White and not *******************, these are not the same stone.  These were sold to us as 2 different stones by one of our vendors and both stones were sold to us as a quartzite and a marble. We sent one of our service team members to the customers home on several occasions in hopes of resolving the issue but we were not able to meet their standards.  This issue has since been resolved with these customers through our attorneys--Thank you
