      12-31-24 we ordered 2 pizzas and a sprite, upon delivery of the food they stated that there were not any sprites available and that they would credit the card ending in 0339 money back they did not do that and made it a store credit and that is not what I want I want my money back for the drink that I did not receive

      I ordered a Dominos Pizza from the location at ************************************************* yesterday. The order receipt says that the order was placed around 4:16 pm, but was actually placed around 9:00pm. When the delivery driver arrived, I asked for a receipt and he stated that there wasn't one. I knew that I would have one online, so I did not worry about it. After quickly checking my order, I knew that it was inaccurate. While I had had a number of problems with their website, I had ordered two medium pizzas with pie cut, plain wings with barbeque sauce and cinnamon twists which comes with icing. The pizzas were cut into small pieces, there was no icing or sauce. I ran to flag down the driver who said there was nothing he could do. I learned the next day, that the driver was a manager. When I walked into the store, an Hispanic man at about 250 pounds stated that he was the manager. I informed him of the situation and let him know that I had sent an email to customer service. Was there anything that he could do, since when I called the night before no one came to the phone. The manager's response was a **** "Since you contact customer service, I'm won't do anything. They can handle it." I have not heard back from anyone at Dominos. The chicken wings were horrible and I have not eaten the rest. I want a refund, to include the tip this manager received.

      I first attempted to order my husband pizza whom is in ********** (1 hour time difference, so my order times will be one hour behind) , I am in ***********. I tried to order online because they promoted 50% off when ordering online. Well at first the order was blocked for online ordering so I attempted to call the store and they refused to honor the 50% off, so I went back to online order was able to apply my order but only for pick up. Turns out they charged me 2x for same order made my account go in negative. Then when my husband went to pick up orders, they refused to come to the window to help him, hang up on you when you call, and then he went inside to get it and they gave him the crappiest pizza with some beef thrown all over it. I didn't even order that! And not did they give him both orders. So basically they are stealing people's money. And it isn't even edible! It's absolutely disgusting

      I went to the drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes to pick up my order (I ran over it twice). They told me the bell didn't work. So, I went back over the bell and did it two more times. When I got my food it was cold! I did not order onions on my pizza, however the pizza had onions. I ordered Pan and the pizza was not done. I am currently on hold with the store going on 17 minutes. This is unacceptable.

      I did not receive the emergency pizza coupon that I was promised. When I called and asked for a refund because of my bad experience. When I asked for a refund due to the me not receiving what I was promised the General manager ******************* up in my face twice. He lied and said I cursed on the phone. Phone calls are recorded and I never cursed. Dominos policy states in their contract that if I do not have a good experience then I am allowed to get a refund or they make it right.

      On 6/13/2023 at 9:53PM CST, I ordered a pizza for deliver online from Dominos (**** Winchester Road ******* ** *****). Via the tracking app, the pizza was cooked and removed from the oven at 10:21PM CST. At 11:45PM CST my order had not left the store. I called the store and the agent stated they had no drivers and no one had called me to inform me of any issue. I asked for the pizza to be remade, and the agent said to be there by 12:00AM CST (Closing time). I arrived at the store at 11:59PM CST and the employee at the drive-thru window took my credit card to make payment, then handed me the pizza. The box was COLD and I opened the box and saw the cheese and butter had jelled and requested the HOT pizza I was promised. The employee stated that it had been remade. I noted the pizza center was COLD and the receipt taped to the box had a time stamp of 10:22PM. Upon further inspection I attempted to knock on the window and the employees REFUSED to open the drive thru window or refund my order because it was after 12:00AM CST.

      *************************************************. The manager ******* was very rude. My pizza was burnt &barely no toppings& not as i had requested. On 4/2/23 i placed an order around 7:20pm. I chose curbside order. At 7:35 the tracker said my pizza was in the oven. I was already in the parking lot so i clicked im here. The order took forever to come out. The 2min buzzer came on at 7:37pm;pressed remind store im still waiting; also called inside the store at 7:47pm to no avail. At this point there was only 2cars in the drive thru. ***** answered the phone and i was holding 12mins before i came inside. I walked up to the counter she was looking in the computer i observed another customer to the side &a woman who walked in right before me. I asked ******) at the register were they no longer doing curbside orders... her replies were they are busy thats what the drive thru is for. I told her I didn't choose drive through I selected curbside. I noticed they were clicking pizza orders off the tracker. &i did not see my name. So she continues to help the 2people before getting back to me and i told her i had been waiting for over 25 minutes she asked me my name I provided it to her. The pizza that was laying out unboxed since i walked in was placed into a box and handed to me. I opened it to see it was burnt lots of cheese and little to no meat on it. So I explained that the order wasnt up to quality she asked if i wanted a refund. I said yes. I asked for a receipt to confirm the refund. She says she couldn't do it. I told her that she could as ive been given one before. She goes to another register and says the ticket machine is broken and i should receive it in 3-5 days. I tell her ok but i still need her to write down her name and something confirming the refunded amount date and time just in case. She proceeds to tell me to get out of the store before she calls the police. I tell he rto call them because its my money and I deserve to at least get what i asked for its simple. I will also call because this is ridiculous. She gets upset and reaches her arm at me. I didnt know if she was going to hit me or what. So i told her not to touch me. All i want is a confirmation for my refund. She then calls the police and lies and says im irate. I asked how am i irate for asking for a receipt??? She says that she has a whole new team of employees and are behind 45mins to an hour. And i am the 15th person to complain. It is not my fault that you having a bad day. Another employee (purple hair cudos to her) eventually wrote a small note on my original receipt that my order was canceled however she was not a manager. So I left out of the store and also called the non emergency police number at 8:04pm because i needed confirmation as the app was not displaying the order was canceled and i needed a resolution without ******* trying to physically assault me. When the police arrived shortly after I approached the officer and began to explain what happened when ******* comes outside and interupt me and says im trespassing. I asked how am I trespassing and i just placed and order received horrible customer and got the police called on me for asking for a receipt ???? The officer let her talk ******* lies and tried to make it seem i skipped over everyone when i did not i allowed her to help customers that were inside before me. I told the officer we can go inside and review there camera footage and see what i mean. She never explained about a new crew until after the fact. She says i was expecting a perfect world situation depending on an app. I said i know nothings perfect but ******* was rude from the beginning when i intiAlly asked were they still doing curbside orders. However if they were 45 minutes-1hour behind they should not be clicking off orders as if they are ready and they are indeed not. They should also have turned off the curbside orders completely or at least until they catch up. I need a call back regarding this situation as soon as possible for resolution as the last few encounters at this location has been poor customer service.

      Ordered pizza from Domino's on ************, *******, **. My first complaint is that I did not received all of my order, it arrived 35 min late, and when I called to get my money back for the missing food, they are rude and refuse to help me. Then I check my credit card and I was charged ***** for the food order and then I was charge 3 times for *****. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and refuses to give me credit.
