    I was told when I signed up that you pay as you go that you have to prepay for your classes and they do not keep you credit card number on file. the company has debit my account 2 months after my last visit, the young lady I spoke with could not explain how they kept my card number and why I was charged $90.00 in May when I Have not been there since March.

    Customer was issued a refund on May 11.  However, we strongly disagree with the statement made by *****************  She was absolutely never told that she would pay as she goes and if she did not attend she would not be billed.  Our swim school operates with small class sizes and families sign up for a spot that holds that spot for them until they withdraw.  As long as they hold that spot they are blocking other families from enrolling and we would never let a family hold a spot without paying.  

    Our terms and conditions are very clear on this point and **************** electronically signed them upon signing up (see attached).  We strive to be very clear with our customers about what they are signing up for and this feedback is overwhelmingly against the norm with our families.
