Owner of WGO, *********************** will not respond to email or text. Will not answer phone nor return calls as requested during voicemails and by email. These items still remain unaddress and no one has been in contact to discuss repairs/installation.The following have not be completed/repaired as noted.-Steel strap/angle above doors/windows on brick walls have not been addressed. All are rusting.-Paint/mortar on concrete needs clearned and removed as you promised.-Still waiting on door stops to be installed throughout the house. Three of four were installed.-Missing trim in master bath linen closet/wall -Safe room top deadbolt needs adjusted so deadbolt will engage and lock....it was mismatched from beginning.-Stair railing which was painted rather than stained still waiting to be swapped out. Business Response

      Date: 07/31/2023

Firstly, I want to state that I have responded to most of the correspondence from ************. I have emails that I will upload as an attachment to verify that. Secondly, I received the certificate of occupancy on Jan 20, 2023. We did not receive the "punch list" until April 27, 2023. Thats over 3 months after the ** and approximately 5 months after ************ moved into the residence. We have been working with ************ to get the items complete. As the evidence of the emails shows, a substantial amount of the "punch list" has been completed from date to date that was stated I would not respond. To say that I have avoided or been unresponsive is absolutely untrue. As shown in the emails to again verify. I have emailed the vendors and subcontractors the lists of items directly and a majority of the companies have scheduled repairs directly with ************ and those items have been completed. I will continue to work to complete the items that are desired on the list. As of today I have called or text the remaining vendors to notify them of the items still left to do.
