4 starsChoates did a wonderful job with helping me maintain my A/C system. I scheduled a routine tune up/maintenance, and told them of some changes I had noticed. Choates not only performed this and said my system was in good shape, but also was able to identify a plumbing issue that needed to be corrected. They were honest and transparent in my options and pricing and were able to correct the issue before it started causing real problems. Both technicians from both the **** and plumbing side of things were very kind, took the time to answer each of my questions, and explain what was going on. 5 stars******* **** (A/C Tech) came and replaced my drip pan below the coil. I appreciate the patience, integrity and professionalism of ******* and Choates in general. There was a confusion on whether the previous visit could have caused a crack leak and they were kind enough to replace the cracked pan without debate or issue. You don't find that much these days. 5 starsChoates service technician, *******, arrived on time and did a very thorough job of investigating the drip under our sink. He reported the origin of the leak and offered three fixes for the problem. ******* was professional, polite and thorough in assessing the situation.
