    Bulls Eye came out to **** my front lawn for a water line leak. It was spray painted by ***** on 3/11/24. ******************* came out on 3/13/24 and began digging at the lower spray painted line. They continued to dig until they reached my water line. The leak was never detected at least 8 ft above the top spray painted line. They continued to dig further up from the top detection line and deeper as they could still see water running outside the water line downhill. After 5 hours of digging well above the spray lines the plumbing company finally decided in our best interest that they stop digging as the leak was much further upline then what Bulls Eye estimated. I'm now looking at drilling and installing a new main water line from the curb to my water inlet into my home by a drilling subcontractor and plumbing company. Bottom line Bulls Eye leak detection miss their **** by a large margin or beyond their own parameters. Would not recommend them for water leak detection.
