    ordered a table from this business 9 weeks ago. We spoke with the owner ****** about the piece we wanted. An hour or so we had all the details ironed out. Before we left I checked how long a piece like this took and I was told they would most likely start the following week but assured them I wouldnt need it that quickly. I even said I would be able to transport it until the week before Thanksgiving and it was assured to be completed in plenty of time. We went to get a check to pay and came back about 3 hours later paid and have a payment confirmation. Since then we have sent over legs for the table, and checked in several times for an update without a call back. After calling again for our table we were able to pick up our table this past Friday before leaving town with the table and upon inspection not completed properly and had something stuck in the finish. I spoke with the receptionist several times asking for a resolution that would allow me to leave with my table for Thanksgiving or deliver to our out of town address where the table was intended to be and that came without resolution. While I was on **** I had to spend my time trying to help them fix the problems from the incompleted project. Eventually the table was picked up and dropped back off and am not sure if it is even completely properly and wont for a few more days as I am out of town. After planning to move this myself and it not being completely in its entirety their lack of communication and organization caused me to not be able to use the product for its intended purpose. I never received a phone call letting me know they were running behind or even an update the entire 9 weeks. I also requested multiple times for ****** to call me over this issue so that he can rectify it properly and never heard from him. Its been over a week. There is lack of concern, care or proper time management with the company. I have given plenty of time to call and speak with me and find a proper resolution

    I am rejecting this response because:
    since the delivery of my table, the second time I have been attempting to have them replace the piece that was missing from the bottom of my legs upon delivery. I have sent the appropriate documentation that they required to replace the s**** that allows me to balance my table on the bottom of the leg and I have heard nothing. Ive added the text correspondence where you can see that I have given the appropriate amount of time for them to fix this with no response. I also never heard from ****** after asking to speak with him in this original complaint.
