    I ordered a carport on September 26, 2024. The frame delivery was set and arranged to correspond when I would be home. The sheet metal delivery was not able to be scheduled for a time when I was home. The sheet metal company did not charge Versatube for delivery as normal. To get sheet metal when I was present, I had to rent a truck to pick up sheet metal and bring to my home. The frame arrived and it was missing 16 components.

    The frame parts that were missing (16 base plate reinforcements) from the order were shipped to the customer separately.  On the sheet ********************** delivery to the customer's address, we worked with the Sheet Metal supplier and the customer's availability.  After cancelling the first Sheet Metal delivery date due to the customer being out of town, a 2nd delivery date was decided on.  We and the Sheet Metal supplier were working around customer availability which was Dec 12th or 13th and if those days did not work then Dec 18th. The customer stated they would have someone there to receive the Sheet Metal on the 18th because the customer would be out of town.  We also gave the customer the phone number of the Sheet ********************** supplier so they could work together directly on arrangements for delivery.  Unbeknown to us the customer made arrangements to pick up the Sheet Metal at the supplier.  We are willing to refund the customer the freight cost that would have been charged us.  We do much so want the customer to have a good experience.

    August 3 2024 I ordered a 20x21x9' carport from Versatube via their online store. A few weeks later I received the frame of the carport. But since have not received the roof of the carport that includes sheet metal panels, ridge caps, screws, trim pieces and rib closures. Today I did received fourteen roof panels but they were a different color than ordered, gray instead of a dark charcoal. And the other roofing parts were not included. I have spoken with many customer service people at ********************** even their VP of Operations ***** **** via email. But no resolution.

    We tried to order from versa tube online they sent ** to Afterpay and after pay, ran a payment to a merchant called you paying, so we do not know who they are. We are having trouble getting our money back or canceling order customer service now there is no way to get a hold of anybody and we dont know who you pings is and they are the ones that charged the card.

    We received this complaint notification from BBB on Tuesday 10/3.  After a thorough search of our customer database, we could not find the consumer's name, the Email address provided by BBB, or the phone number provided by BBB.  And we could not find any previous attempts by the consumer to contact us either by phone or by Email.  We immediately reached out to the consumer via the phone number provided and left a voicemail message requesting a return call.  Moments after leaving a voicemail message, we also sent a text message to the same phone number.  The consumer did not call, but responded via text with the same response given in the original complaint.  We followed with a question requesting what product he allegedly ordered and paid for and have not yet received a return response.  We have no record of a purchase placed by this consumer.  Further, the consumer stated that they were sent to Afterpay for a payment transaction.  We do not use Afterpay as a payment option when checking out from our website at www.VersaTube.com.  We believe this consumer has our company possibly mistaken for the Versatube Corporation located in ****, **.  We are willing to help in any way we can, but we don't have any record of a purchase from this consumer.
