      On Jan.31 2024 I had a moving appointment. Because I was ill I had not finished packing the company sent 2 movers out for the move **** and ****.They help finishing packing I also needed more boxes which I bought from them.I had several items that were new that needed packing I packed new dishes they taped the boxes I saw **** pack several boxes with the new items mostly kitchen equipment silverware TFal cookware,black towel set,cooking tool set ,clothing iron,mop,Chinese fish bowl (large floor model)I watch **** packed this.,he wasn't aware it sits in a stand because he left that.As I unpack I find more items missing. I have made several calls to complain about my missing items and get responses such as" we haven't had any problems with him",we will check our cameras and get back you.Constantly the run around and no response to my complaints. I have proof of some items that was bought for the new apartment. I paid for a move not to become a victim of theft. Plus I tipped them $40.00. I was confused about a statement made by **** when we were discussing about me buying a new bedroom set.Quote"I run across some nice stuff."Now it makes sense he steals.I want to warn my fellow citizens to pack your own boxes,count them to make sure nothing is left on the truck. I was in apartment office filling out papers so I didn't get a chance to check truck and as I stated was ill as well,but I was aware of what needed to be packed and it wasn't brought to my new place. I will never use or recommend this company as long as they have thieves on payroll and company ignores complaints. A Lie detective test would prove my complaints. (both parties and myself).

      **************** contacted us days after her move to state that she thought a specific mover stole her box of dishes, towels, etc. I let her know that I would view the camera footage of the truck parking area to check if there were any items taken from the truck after the crew parked it for the night. The video showed that they did not. 

      I let *************** know it is common after moving to not be able to locate items, and often they are found by customers days, weeks, even months later.

      Without any evidence or past history, I decline to blindly accuse my movers.

      I suggested that if she believes theft occurred, to file a police report.

      This is the first request she has given us of wanting money for her accusation and would like to know what she proposes as a fair solution.

      ************************* I  have  filed  a complaint  with  MPD and is awaiting a cost info from Amazon with proof of items purchased before the theft and repurchased and after which is months a part,I wouldn't buy same items twice I will forward that information to MPD.As I stated I'm willing  to take a LIE detector  test,will movers do the same ?

      Date of transaction was 12/30/2023 Moving fee of $698.75.They scoffed up walls. Damaged furniture to the point its not usable. Damaged washing machine beyond repair. Scratch doors and walls.Now they refuse to return my calls and won't give me a receipt for this transaction.

      We have been in communication with *************** about this claim.

      We ask that *************** reach out to the builder to let us know the paint used, or let us contact them directly. We will be happy to take care of that.

      There is no valid proof of damage to furniture. The item pictured was sent to us, after our representative went onsite to assess, the item was no longer presented as damaged. In the picture it appears to be a disconnected back/bottom support from either missing screws or failed joint, both of which are not covered as stated in the moving contact signed prior to service.

      There is no valid proof of damage to the washing machine. The item pictured was sent to us, after our representative went onsite to assess, the item was inspected and found to be old and ***** with no physical damage to it. We do not know the operating status of it before we moved it, but there is no evidence of the movers being negligent in any way with the machine that would cause any damage. We do not cover the mechanical operation of machines, as stated in the moving contract signed prior to service.
