      As a customer of ******************** for over 25 years, i have experienced a decline in service over the years. They fail to do complete treatments skipping external bait station refills, failing to change out sticky traps and ignoring wasp nests. They refused to knock down or spray a wasp nest on my house even after technicians have promised to retrieve the right equipment and come back. Even worse, a technician showed up for a recent quarterly treatment in his personal car and he had a strong smell of alcohol. Stay away from this company.

      I've always thought Germantown pest control was one of the top out there but this past visit the technician (****** to be exact) was one of the most unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. I asked him to please make sure to spray the back of the house because it has been forgotten in the past which is no big deal mistakes happen but the plan disrespect that came from this man is unbelievable, the big sigh and not-so-quite smirky no s*** umm, okay maybe he's having a bad day, right? So, I just let it slide because you never know what someone is going through. If that's all it was I honestly wouldn't be posting a review but taking pills while on the job? Figured that would be a private thing but he had no shame in telling me it's his Adderall and he has a prescription for it. Okay, at this point I'm extremely uncomfortable and want this man out of my house! I hurried, paid, and rushed him out. Hoping he makes it to where he's going without wrecking. Heads up if you use their service to make sure to request, he is not your technician, unless you're looking to have a bad day!! I'm almost in shock that they have someone like him working on their team, it's sad to think this is how customer service is now.

      Happy with the Quarterly Sprays. Throughout the year the only bugs we see (and we see them infrequently) are dead ones. The service rep comes either 15 minutes early or right on time. We are customers with them for over 20+ yrs. Plus they also come for termite treatment as well.

      I am very pleased with the service ***** has been providing trapping and removing squirrels from our backyard. He has captured and relocated ************** after the first two days. Highly recommend this service and company. Thank you - ************

      GPC was responsive, provided an on sight inspection, made recommendations and proposals within 48 hours. The professional, efficient employees are excellent. Considering we searched for a beaver specialist and finally found the best. Thank you GPC.

      I got service with GPC for squirrels problems. All other places want to charge a arm, leg, your first born and blood sample and GPC was reasonable. The process to get started was a little tacky but they are definitely reliable. (Why I give 4 stars) Other than that, their tech ***** is by far the best!!!! Friendly, funny and knows his stuff!!!! He loves what he do and takes his job seriously. He will come out soon as you call even on weekends! I would definitely recommend them off his service alone.

      The technician showed up when promised and responded quickly when I asked for additional visits. This is all one can ask for. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is good to know that, if needed again, I do not have to look elsewhere.
