    I found this company name on the internet saying they work was ganranteed. I called and asked if they treat for moles. They replied they do. I was told the cost would be $600 and half had to be paid before they come out. I paid $300 by phone with two checks, different accounts $150 each. Someone came out and set traps for 3 or 4wks. Nothing was caught. After the weeks was up. I called back with the same complaint. They came back out and put gas underground. . Still no results. They was called back out. My back yard is completely torn up from moles. Due to them saying they work was gananteed I called back. I was told someone would return my call. I called several times and was told again someone will give me a call. As of 11/17 they will not answer my calls. I would like if not all but at least half my money back.

    I have been at hospital with my daughter since nov 5 . I will review your account in morning and call you tomorrow. Sometimes moles take longer and we always keep coming back out until the issue is solved.

    Current termite contract long term customer. Raised rate randomly, when presented with contract, rewrote contract raising price after service performed, hence trying to void contract from many years.Did not receive new contract until Nov 2, after having existing signed contract from 2012
